MEDWAY – With veggies, jams, jewelry, hot food and, yes, even some goats, the Medway Farmers Market is back in business for the summer.
And as co-manager Susan Robinson says, it’s good to be back.
“Ready to go and happy to be here,” she said cheerfully, standing behind her Buzz 10 Honey table at Thursday’s event.
Coupled with some returning staples like Franklin’s Fairmount Fruit Farm and a new vendor here and there, the market could see eight to 10 stands on any given Thursday through September, Robinson said.
Customers just have to head on down to the VFW Hall parking lot on Holliston Street between 4 and 7 p.m.
According to Linda Horton, market co-manager and owner of Sweet Treats jams of Medway, organizers have brought on a few new vendors, including Hens & Chicks Cookie Company from Hopedale and Randolph-based, Paparazzi, jewelry.
