Fruits and vegetables are helping Fresno students excel in sports, but not because of vitamins and fiber.
All signs point to produce on the streets of northwest Fresno, and the Bullard High School Farmers Market is open for business and students are selling the freshest of fruits and vegetables.
Parents may have grown some of the products on the sales table, but students with the school’s Drive Club also collected produce from Simonian Farms and First Quality Produce. And customers…
